Hmm. That explains why i have been running dry on writing since my mother died and there is no constant harassment and verbal abuse going on towards me.
This is an interesting concept though. Do you think that the illusion of freedom that we have in the West these days is deliberately designed to sap any potential opposition or resistance of its creative vigor and keep the populace as apathetic as possible? And could it be that those few who fight for actual freedom are (indirectly, but) aiding their own cause by triggering the government into imposing more restrictions? (For example, after McVeigh, new restrictions on fertilizer were implemented; and right now in England, rules are being tightened again.)
